Lets get together and have afternoon tea.
The first event was soooo much fun we are doing it again. A chance to relax & socialize with members, find services you want and trade your craft, 2nd hand goods, or produce.
Megan H will give a Qigong talk and demonstration – (or ch’i kung) which is an internal Chinese meditative practice.
Also David K will discuss energy auditing, which he is now qualified to perform. And of course Liz H will be available for head and neck massage.
Several members have talked about trading vegies in their garden. Please bring along anything you would like to trade.
It will be a fun and relaxed afternoon. There will be yummy cakes & biscuits and we will encourage members to talk about the services they offer. Children are most welcome. The afternoon will allow you, whether old or new member, to get to know one another in a relaxed environment. You can find services trade your craft, 2nd hand goods or even produce (lemons and eggs are always popular).
Further social events will follow and the day and time can be varied to suit a variety of members needs. Ideas are very welcome. It is your forum to engage with each other. We are looking for members who would like to demonstrate their services from massage, reiki, ear candling to scrap booking or web design and much more. We are also looking for those marvellous cooks out there who are happy to provide afternoon tea. You will be reimbursed for your time and any expenses.
