I write to you on behalf of Borderlands Cooperative and Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service, to extend an invitation to you and other interested members of LETS to a Microfinance and Consumer Credit Workshop on September 22nd 2010.
On behalf of Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service, Borderlands is currently working on a research project looking at microfinance for microenterprise in the Australian context. Having recently completed a six month review of national and international literature on the topic, we now seek the input and feedback of interested individuals and service providers to assist us in developing practical recommendations based on the initial findings of the review.
If you could forward the attached letter of invitation, workshop program and summary of the initial findings of the review to anyone you think may be interested, it would be much appreciated.
